Hello,
Please help me, I have a huge problem. I can not access to my site for days. I created site all myself and I didn`t know about crucial thing about creating websites, like SSL certificate, and I didn`t add it when I should and that blocked my site and the message I get is "The site can`t provide a secure connection" ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. In the meanwhile I added SSL certificate and it is ok with the certificate, but my site still doesn`t work. I don`t have anymore ideas what to do, because I can`t access my account. Maybe it is important to tell you that domain that I use now, is parked domain. Please help me. Thank you!

Hi,

You will need to contact your hosting provider to get your domain working.

Once the domain is working and you are still unable to login to WordPress we can help you then.
